1. Do you help with every kind of errand?
Our discussions with you will help us determine whether we can assist you. However, please note that we do not handle errands related to illegal activities such as those involving illegal drugs, money laundering, trafficking, or ammunition.
5. Why do you inspect items before they are given to a courier service?
At the request of our clients, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

6. I would like to meet you in person. Will that be possible?
That is not a problem, but meetings will be based on appointments.
Charges are not fixed. They depend on what the errand(s) entails.

No, we do not accept already wrapped parcels.This is due to past experiences of clients placing illegal items in parcels.
7. How can clients ensure your discretion regarding sensitive information?
This is due to past experiences of clients hiding illegal items in them. For example, once we found cigarettes hidden in a box of noodles destined for a client in the USA, given to us by her sister.
